To make a credit card payment, the following steps are used:

• When prompted, enter the username and password given on your invoice.

• Enter the invoice number and the amount to be paid in Australian dollars. Do not enter the dollar sign ($).

• Press the “Submit” button to access the secure payment page of DirectOne.

• Enter your credit card details: card type, card number, cardholder name, and expiry date.

• Enter the e-mail address to which the confirmation-of-payment notice can be forwarded.

• Check that all information entered is correct. Press "Submit.”

• The screen is refreshed with an approval notice or a transaction failure notice.

• Confirmation e-mails are sent to you and to ChemEditors.
