Accounts are payable within 15 days of receipt of the completed work unless prior arrangements have been made with ChemEditors. Because client satisfaction is important to ChemEditors, invoices are only issued after the client has expressed satisfaction. Note that new clients may be asked to pay a deposit before work on their project commences. Repeat business attracts a discount of 5% from the usual fee schedule.

ChemEditors accepts payment by Mastercard, Visa Card, and Bankcard through the secure on-line credit card payment system of Securepay. Securepay uses the latest technology through its DirectOne payment gateway to ensure that client credit card details remain confidential. As an alternative, credit card payments can be processed directly by ChemEditors. To do this, credit card details can be sent to ChemEditors by fax. ChemEditors does not store credit details.

ChemEditors also accepts payment via electronic funds transfer. Clients wishing to make a payment using electronic funds transfer can do so by using the account details provided on the ChemEditors invoice.
